Wes Rothlisberger

Vice President

Wes Rothlisberger is a respected community leader, entrepreneur, and skilled professional from Doig River First Nation. As the primary shareholder of Tracker Contracting, Wes has played an important role in shaping the growth of one of the regions most trusted civil construction and oil field services companies. His leadership has helped Tracker Contracting build a strong reputation for reliability, quality work, and deep commitment to the people and communities of the Peace region.

Rooted in his connection to Doig River First Nation, Wes brings cultural responsibility and community values into every part of his work. He understands the importance of protecting the land, strengthening local opportunities, and creating long term economic benefits for Indigenous people. His business success reflects both practical industry experience and a dedication to advancing Indigenous involvement in the regional economy.

Wes is known for his steady leadership style, strong work ethic, and ability to build meaningful relationships across industry, government, and First Nations communities. Safety Manager

Kelly Piccinin serves as the Safety Manager at Tracker Contracting, where he leads the company’s safety programs and ensures all operations meet the highest standards of workplace safety. As a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO®), Kelly brings extensive experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and crew training.

In his role, Kelly develops and enforces safety policies, conducts field audits, and works closely with teams to maintain a strong culture of safety across every project site. His practical approach and commitment to protecting both workers and project integrity make him an invaluable asset to the organization.

Kelly’s steady leadership and clear communication have helped establish safety as a fundamental value at Tracker Contracting, ensuring that every project is completed with care and accountability.

Logan Blackmore

Concrete Division Manager

Logan Blackmore is the Concrete Division Manager at Tracker Contracting, where he plays a key role in coordinating crews and resources to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. His hands-on involvement with on-site operations allows him to stay closely connected to the work being done, supporting teams in the field and helping projects stay on schedule.

Shale DeSchipper

Operations Manager

Shale DeSchipper is an Operations Manager at Tracker Contracting Ltd., a key position that bridges the critical functions of logistics coordination and field operations. Shale brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as Dispatch/Operations Coordinator, which included responsibility for directing equipment and crew movements and overseeing day‑to‑day project logistics

In his current position, Shale plays an essential leadership role in ensuring that dispatch processes are tightly aligned with operational objectives. He works closely with on-site teams to streamline scheduling, resource allocation, and communication - helping to deliver projects on time and within scope. Whether planning equipment distribution or responding to real-time field needs, Shale’s proactive and organized approach ensures efficiency and reliability across all deliverables.

Ian Hamilton

Operations Manager

Ian Hamilton serves as Operations Manager at Tracker Contracting, where he plays an essential role in coordinating daily logistics and supporting the success of our field operations. With a background in mechanical contracting and a strong understanding of the demands of construction projects, Ian ensures that crews, equipment, and resources are where they need to be when they need to be there.

His practical experience and steady approach make him a dependable part of the Tracker team. Ian’s work behind the scenes directly contributes to keeping projects on track and clients satisfied.

Cole Wilson

Operations Manager

Cole Wilson is an integral part of Tracker Contracting’s operations in Fort St. John, serving as an Operations Manager. In this role, Cole coordinates on-site activities, manages crew assignments, and ensures equipment is where it needs to be to keep projects moving efficiently. His strong organizational skills and clear communication help support seamless operations from start to finish.

Beyond his professional contributions, Cole enjoys spending time outdoors and being actively involved in the local community. Known for his approachable nature and reliability, he brings both dedication and a personal touch to everything he does at Tracker Contracting.

Art Smith

Project Manager

Art Smith is the Operations Manager at Tracker Contracting, bringing over five years of experience with the company and a strong understanding of day to day operations. His leadership, practical knowledge, and steady approach play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently.

What Art enjoys most about working at Tracker is the people and the positive work environment. Outside of work, he loves going on road trips and exploring new places, bringing that same sense of reliability and perspective into everything he does at Tracker.

Dennis Frost

Shop Foreman

Dennis is Tracker's Shop Foreman and has been with the company since 2022. He appreciates the variability of the work, noting that the team truly does it all. In his role,

Dennis supports the mechanics and welders, making sure the shop runs smoothly and that everyone has what they need to keep things moving forward. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and spending time outdoors.

Brooklin Anderson

Accounts Receivable Admin

Brooklin is the Accounts Receivable Admin and has been with Tracker since 2023. She plays an essential role in managing accounts receivable and making sure payments are processed so the organization stays on track. Brooklin values working together like a family to get things done, believing teamwork is key to success. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and making the most of nature whenever she can.

Tracker Contracting - Kira

Kyra Mason

Health & Safety Admin

Kyra serves as the Health and Safety Admin and has been in her role since 2023, working closely with Kelly to support safe and healthy environments across the organization. She believes community is important, both in the broader community and within Tracker, where connection and collaboration truly resonate with her.

Outside of work, Kyra enjoys camping and spending time outdoors, embracing the balance between nature and community in all that she does.

Stacey Abbass

Admin & Payroll Clerk

Stacey is the Admin and Payroll Clerk and has been with Tracker since 2013. She plays a key role in payroll as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable support, helping keep the financial side of operations running smoothly.

Stacey values how well the team works together and believes the people are what make the workplace so strong. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Louise Wilson

Office Manager

Louise Wilson is the Office Manager at Tracker Contracting, where she oversees finance, administration, and the day-to-day operations of the office. Her role is central to ensuring that business processes run smoothly and that both field and office teams have the support they need to succeed.

With a strong background in financial management and administrative coordination, Louise manages everything from billing and payroll to office systems and internal communications. Her attention to detail and organized approach keep the company operating efficiently behind the scenes.

Beyond her professional expertise, Louise is valued for her approachable nature and commitment to supporting the entire Tracker team. Her steady leadership ensures that the office remains a well-managed hub for the company’s ongoing success.
