We are currently hiring Labourers to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in supporting our field operations, assisting with a wide variety of tasks including site preparation, equipment support, and general construction duties. The role is physically demanding and requires individuals who are eager to learn, reliable, and capable of working in various conditions. While previous experience is an asset, it is not required as we are willing to train the right candidates.

Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day site operations, including moving and organizing materials, loading and unloading supplies, and maintaining clean and safe work areas.
- Perform general labour duties such as shoveling, raking, lifting, and assisting tradespeople or equipment operators.
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks on schedule.
- Assist with setup and tear-down of work sites, including placement of signs, barriers, and other safety measures.
- Report unsafe conditions, equipment malfunctions, or incidents to supervisors immediately.
- Participate actively in safety meetings and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and operational needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous labour, construction, or oilfield experience is an asset but not required.
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks, lifting, bending, and working in all weather conditions.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract is preferred but not mandatory.
- Safety certifications (First Aid, H2S, CSTS, WHMIS, etc.) are an asset and may be required for specific projects.
